There’s more than just the safari!

When you think of Everland, the safari or Panda World might come to mind first. But did you know there are other spots where you can get even closer to animals in a more personal and lively way?
Today, let’s take a look at three special animal zones where you can meet penguins, tigers, and sea lions—perfect for families with kids looking for something new and exciting.

Penguin Island – Meet the Cutest Friends from the Sea

Penguin Island is one of the coolest (literally!) and cutest areas in Everland.
Here, you can watch adorable, waddling penguins up close—not from a distance behind glass, but just a few steps away. You’ll see them walking around, swimming, and interacting with each other, almost like animated characters come to life.

It's a refreshing stop on a hot day, and a great place to spark kids’ curiosity about sea animals.

Tiger Valley – Witness the Majesty of the Korean Tiger

Tiger Valley is a unique space where you can see the endangered Korean tiger up close.
It’s rare to find a tiger exhibit this immersive. Unlike in a typical zoo, here you can quietly observe the tiger’s powerful presence as it calmly walks by. Making eye contact—even for a moment—feels intense and unforgettable.

This spot also offers a chance to talk with your kids about wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting endangered species.

Seals and Sea Lions – A Playful, Refreshing Encounter

This area is home to both seals and sea lions, and they’re full of charm!
Watch the sleek, graceful seals swim through the water while the larger, more playful sea lions lumber about with character.

The viewing area is designed so you can see both above and below the water, making it extra fun to watch their movements from different angles. Kids especially love peeking through the glass and following their favorite animal around.

Don’t Just Do the Safari – These Spots Are Worth a Stop

All three zones are located near Everland’s Zootopia, so it’s easy to visit them all with minimal walking. Since they’re outdoors, they’re best enjoyed on pleasant-weather days. If you’re visiting with young children, these animal zones are less crowded than the safari and offer a more relaxed, engaging experience.

Be sure to add them to your Everland itinerary—you might be surprised by how much your little ones enjoy them!
